1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Soul Art website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Soul Art provides sound therapy and wellness consulting. These services are complementary health approaches and **do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment**. Always seek the advice of your physician for medical conditions.

3. Booking & Cancellation

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system or concierge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

4. Liability

Soul Art and Larissa Steinbach are not liable for any personal injury or property damage occuring during at-home sessions unless caused by proven gross negligence. You participate in sound healing sessions at your own risk.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the **United Arab Emirates** and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Dubai.
